Getting Started

Well, hello blog world! I Tiffany now have a blog. I never thought I would say that. This blog will be about different things going on in my life. I love to write, and to encourage people, and I pray that people will find encouragement here!


I recently started a weightloss program at church, and it filled with spiritual advice as well as physical advice. I really like that idea! I have lost 52 lbs. before, and I even kept it off for a few years, but then life (as it often does) caught up with me. So, here I am again trying to lose weight. Only I have to lose over 60 lbs. this time. I started the program last week. I did exercise some, but not as much as I should have. After I got home tonight, after the meeting, I got straight on my bike and rode around town for a half hour! I had to keep telling myself that I could do it, and that 30 mins. of exercise will not kill me.


I want to get healthy, and so I will try my best to keep up the exercise, and to eat healthier. I know God wants me to do my best, and be my best. However, how can I do and be my best, if I don't feel my best? That is the most important reason why I'm doing this! I want to do and be my best for God! It's not easy losing weight, that's for sure. Anyone who has been on the weightloss rollercoaster knows that. I am blessed, because I have friends to support me in this weightloss journey. It's important to have someone that will hold you accountable, and make sure you exercise and eat right. It's what helps me keep going. Before I sign-off, I lost 0.5 lbs. this week. It's not a big number, but it's a step in the right direction. That's the best way to go. God Bless everyone!
